Personal data

In order for our customer applications to function properly, Highbiza, as a website builder, has access to almost all the data that our customers collect from their customers via their website. Goals of our handling of the data include:

• An undisturbed operation of websites 
• Protecting websites from hacking attempts 
• The daily making of backups and the ability to restore after disruptions 
• Registering visitor behavior to help improve online services.

Hosting

Highbiza provides the hosting for a large part of its customers, which is outsourced to reputable parties. With these hosting parties, Highbiza has concluded a processor agreement that applies to our customers.

Storage period

Due to the importance of backups, data is retained indefinitely. When having to restore an earlier version, deleted data between the last and this version will inevitably become visible again. Customers should be aware of this. On specific instructions we can of course remove them again.

Security and inspection

We handle the personal details of our customers' customers with care. The access to the websites and stored data is well secured and only authorized persons within Highbiza can access this information. Users always have the right to view, rectify or delete their own personal data. For this you can contact primarily the website owner or otherwise Highbiza via info@highbiza.nl.

Customer data

For business purposes, we keep our clients data at least on a personal and company level: name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address and IP address.

Website and cookies

When using the Highbiza website, it is not necessary to provide your personal data. If you use the contact form on the site, you will be asked for your name and e-mail address. This is necessary to be able to contact you if you wish. This data is not used for any other purpose.
When visiting our website, certain non-personal data is stored for organizational and technical reasons. This data is anonymous and is only used for statistical purposes. This data is stored separately from your personal data, so that conversion is excluded. During the visit to the Highbiza website, there is the possibility that information in the form of a cookie is placed on the hard drive of your computer. • Highbiza does not build in relatively unsafe and slow PHP, but only in state-of-the-art Django Python and Oscar, as it is used worldwide for and by critical, leading customers.
